California's Proposition 8, known simply as
Prop 8, was a California ballot referendum
item passed in November 2008 that banned
same-sex marriage.

This week, a landmark hearing to overturn
Prop 8 is before the Supreme Court.

In 2013, it's hard to believe there are still
folks who believe that 'some people' are more
equal than 'others'.

Seriously.  

Equal rights for all...it's just that simple.
